Mostly a professor, sometimes an architect, and occasionally an amateur entomologist, Melissa Harris teaches drawing and design at the University of Michigan. She created the first Girl Scout badge in architecture and is collaborating on design guidelines for future facilities at Yosemite National Park. Her photographs of bugs were exhibited at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science.
