Pete Mollica
After earning a degree in marketing, Pete Mollica determined that he wasn’t cut out for working behind a desk and so started fixing up old houses in Nashville, Tenn., doing most of the framing and finish carpentry himself. In 2000, he began building custom homes. He says, “My company collaborates with homeowner, architect, and designer to build custom homes with craftsmanship, creativity, and sustainability.”
