Shellie Rigsby

As a stay-at-home mom, Shellie Rigsby was a serial remodeler and eager do-it-yourselfer. When she discovered stained concrete, however, her own home didn’t afford enough opportunities to try everything she wanted to, and she offered her services to friends and family. In 1995, she opened Concrete Stain Designs in Dallas. Today, she is considered a national authority on stained concrete.
