Steve DeMetrick is the owner of DeMetrick Housewrights, a residential building company in Rhode Island that specializes in high-performance building, millwork, and high-end remodeling. A certified Passive House contractor, he just completed the first certified Passive House in Rhode Island. When he’s not air-sealing European windows or making custom stair parts, Steve enjoys life with his wife and children.
