I have several projects in mind that will be easiest to complete with line voltage thermostats. In addition to being as reliable and cheap as possible the specs I’m looking for are: 2 amps at 120v and a set point between 30F and 110F or as close to these as I can get. If anybody knows of any good makes, models and/or sources they can get this at I would greatly appreciate any information.

Any home center will have line voltage thermostats which are designed for electric baseboards. Therefore they are rated for 10 to 20 amps of resistive load (much less inductive load). They have about 3F hysterisis ("deadband") which can be a problem in a high mass scheme like radiant slab. I've got a bunch. Honeywell's goes from 40F to 90F and is about $20. The off-brand ones are about $12 at Home Depot. Many other options out there (process controls, electronic thermostats, etc. What's the project?
At that range of temp I am guessing that you don't need a "fancy" home style thermostat.
http://www.teksupply.com has a strange combination of construction and Ag supplies. They have several thermostats that ment your requirements and start under $25 in a water proof case.
DurOStat is the brand. I don't know if that is the manufacture or a house brand.
Grainger would be another place to check.
