Posted this once before but not sure if it was FW or FH….info I got was nto enough to make an informative decision.
Thinking of buying a 15 2 1/2 ” angled finish nailer. I currenently own a 16 g PC 2″, and it works fine but every now and then I wonder how much meat I am grabbing with only 2 inches. SoI am torn..should I buy a 15 angle or move up to a 16g 2 1/2″.
I like the bostich…it light as a feather. Commments and suggestions welcomed

I had the bostich, lasted me about 1/3 of a t&g ceiling before it stopped firing altogether. So I bought a PC 15 angled and love it.
Other than the extra 1/2" what specifically would you like to know than would help you with your decision?
I'm pretty sure I responded to you before but couldn't find the post. I really appreciate the bigger gauge nail in alot of applications. For example door jambs, plinth blocks, casing & base of the non-ranch style. The angled magazine gets you into places the straight mags on the 16 ga can't.
I don't have a 16 ga. nailer and I use my 18ga brad nailers whenever possible.
I have the Bostitch N62 and could answer about any question you would have on it except long term durability. I shot about 2500 nails which really isn't than many. It has jammed only once on me. I like this gun.
I got the SFN40 some time around '84 / '85. [Senco]
Been repaired twice that I remember [O rings]. Only seems to jamb when you hit some thing that it can't penitrate. ie a common nail or a nail plate. Then that is very easy to clear because of the unlocking nose.
