I have an entry door about 25 years old. It has a key operated deadbolt along with a separate latch handle. The problem is the setback on the lock is 2 inches and I can’t find a replacement with this setback. I guess the tumblers inside are worn and I have to fool with the key a long time before the lock will open or close.Even a new key does not work. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a lockset with this setback?l

No, but a locksmith should be able to repair it. That's what locksmiths do.
I had it to a locksmith and he said it was not repairable.Too many parts are worn.
Did you ask the locksmith about available replacements?
If you can't get a new lock to work in the old hole, then you might have to put a dutchman patch into the old hole and drill a new hole for the new lock set.
When I was on the locksmith forum there was always a thread on this subject and almost all said this lock wasn't made anymore and there weren't any parts. Once in a while someone did say there was some obscure supplier. Mostly replacing the door was the answer if there wasn't room for a longer backset.
