I am looking to buy larger, 3″ and/or 4″ , letter / number router templates. Does anyone have a lead for these, short of making my own?? Thanks!

I was curious so I found the page on the website poorsh recommended (it's here if you haven't found it already: http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.aspx?c=2&p=49305&cat=1,43000
just curious though, how would you make your own? It would be fun to make a set using another font - is there a standard way to do this?
Hey, did you notice that they were smaller than I am looking for?
To make my own would involve a laborious process of tracing letters/numbers onto a sheet product, such as masonite, and then cutting them out, with whatever method one finds best. Another method is to go thru a sign-maker with a cnc router and the same end result; a bunch of pieces without a jig for easy layout. So ...there you are, back at the drawing board, designing a jig...whew...I gotta believe there is a template set for 3"- 4" signmaking......
