On all our remodels (or in this case, new houses) I like to have the sparkies put push button timers on the bath fans. You hit 30 minutes (or whatever), get in the shower, get out, leave, and the fan takes care of itself.
But in this new house, we have 2 bathrooms with private toilets as well as showers, and so we are using remote fantech fans in the attic with a draw in the toilet area as well as outside the shower. I want to put a timer near the shower, and a separate switch in the toilet area – for those times you forget about the fan until you sit down…
Is this possible?

You should be able to just parallel the timers, at least if you use mechanical timers. The electronic ones may or may not work that way.
Yes
My electrician put the push button timers in. How wired I cannot say. So listen to danh regarding the hook up. I do know the switch legs both went up to the fan.

Dang. Now why didn't I think of that when I wired our master bath.....
Gonna hafta build another house I guess.....
I did similar
in my house. one fan serves 3 rooms and 4 outlets. 3 switches. Shouldn't be an issue really. I had 3 crank timers in my previous house serving one central fan. Worked sweet!
