HI All,
Quick question – is there any problem from an IRC perspective of putting a double wye fitting (so three braches) on the house side of the sewer line just after the cleanout? This would be a fitting on the horizontal (under the basement slab), with three branch line inputs (coming from the house) into 1, then leading out to the street/sewage line.
I wasn’t sure if there was any code issue with larger diameter double wye’s on the horizontal run.

Wook,
Just to keep things moving here,,,,,,,,,
I read your question to mean you were going to purchase and install a fitting w four ports,,,,. I have never seen these for sale in 4" (3"?).
I guessing they make them, but in my experience, a 4" "4 way" is not part of a typical residential waste system.
There are many often used, standard, "best practice", often repeated serviceable piping arraignments to get all the waste to go out of the house.
Clarify what you are doing (it doesn't seem that complicated), and readers wiser than I will help you out.
Good Luck, Harry
