We have a opportunity to erect a 40×60 General Steel building. It has been setting in the yard for almost 4 years. We need to sand blast and prime and paint the red iron. We are using 2′ above grade ICF’s to raise the building from 10 to 12′. I know how we should charge for the excavation, footers and slab but do you (Smarter than I guys) know what we should charge for the erection. I know I will get a lot of smart
answers for the erection part of the question.
PLEASE HELP
Thanks
Tim

Wow! I never thought of that. All these years, I thought that I was the one who had to pay...for that other thing. Countless $$ dinners later, someone finally tells me that we can charge for the erection.
