6 x 6 #1 & Better S4S Douglas Fir Timber strong enough 12′ door way?

So uhh, would anyone happen to know if 1 beam (mentioned above) will be strong enough to have a 12′ door way with two knee braces? it will also be supported by 6×6’s as well.
There will also be a second floor, possibly. The joists in this area are 2x12s at a 16′ span and 12″ spacing.

I actually changed my mind I am going to use a 29' lvl beam ; would you happen to know what size columns would work with that size beam? I was thinking 8x8 and a couple 2x4's for it to fit snug. Also there is going to be no weight from a roof or top walls. I am making a house from a metal pole barn and framing the inside...
Whoever you're buying the LVL from can probably spec the post size.
