An article in issue 313 in the, Ask the Experts, the article discussed how to flash rowlock brick under a window. I question how this technique will respond when the framing behind the brick, that supports the window, dries out and settles. I recently repaired window sills my house of thirty years, the sills were very compressed. Is see this being a potential issue with the way the author has designed the flashing.
