Hello Folks, back again with another question. I need to box out the location of my water meter and misc valves. Since it is located in what will be my new entertainment area I will need a good looking access panel and it will have to provide quick access just in case. I am looking at a panel of approximately 19″ wide by 26″ high. I have thought of using one of them louver shutters that lowes sells for the inside of windows, just wondering if anybody had a better solution along with the details. Thanks again, I am learning alot on these boards even if it doesnt pertain to my project.

How about a door (doors) to match your entertainment center?
Brudoggie
Or a swing-out Bev Doolittle print or...
Go left at the top of the stairs in the house I grew up in. Open the first door on the right. It looks just like the bedroom, bathroom, and closet doors (that is, a very nice wood panel door), but all you will see when you open it is the back of the bathroom plaster wall. Look down and there is the plumbing for the tub.
Hiding in plain site.
