First I lifetime banned my wife due to the advice about snakes; now my two and four year old daughters are similarly banned. I don't care if daddy even wins the lottery in the future--still won't be enough to afford it--agree that she is one lucky daughter and, by the way, nice work...

BTW - Did you know playhouses have virtually zero resale value? I spent a grand on materials for a playhouse for my boys, and probably 40 or 50 hours of work.
When they outgrew it I tried to sell it, but got zero offers. My SIL expressed some interest, but thought $400 was WAY out of line. But she'd be happy to take it for nothing if I'd also move it for free.
Ended up trading it in return for borrowing a bulldozer.

In terms of appraisal, this would only be a bedroom to the main house. In terms of resale value - well we have a unique market here that might actually overvalue this piece of property according to the kind of use it could get. We pushed the land use ordinance to the max on this one..
