Great little gun. Picked one on a while back…..WoodCraft’s local store had them on sale……and just finished a big mantel with it………worked great. Was holding out for the nice but expensive senco version that runs about $300……..but WoodCrafters had the AccuSet on sale for $70. They said it was discounted to be re-marketed in Senco colors as a Senco gun. As a sale item…..great gun for the money. Try the black and red one before it goes Senco gray……..Jeff

Bought one 2 wks ago, sweet little gun. I was also holding out for a senco shp-10 but for as much as it will be used I think it will do quite nicely, especially at 1/3 the price! Has good weight, shoots solid. The only grief? is stacking clips. When one clip is getting low and I add a full clip, unless the two are perfectly aligned it will not fire a pin. Thats my only concern. I've also looked at "Ohmer" 23ga pinners but again $$$$$$$

*I have had used mine quite a lot---I had to give up on the 1" pins--too many jams even in softwood---does work well for shorter pins, but the driver wears quickly--I've had to replace once, but have shot a lot of pins.
*Jeff, thanks for the heads up. I've been thinking of one for awhile but would've probably kept on thinking if you hadn't mentioned it. Ordered one from Coastal Tool, they were the cheapest I could find at $69**. Joe H
*I look at the bright side.....I I use it enough to wear it out......that'll be my excuse to get the SHP 10! Which is a fantastic little gun.....this one's just nice. Jeff
*That model is on sale at my local post tools for 69.00, almost worth me buying a spare but the accuset ive had for a few years still works great
*I learned about the Accuset here.Great little gun. Haven't had a problem.Ed.
