I’d like to add a redwood fence/privacy screen to the top of a block wall. I can’t for the life of me think of an aesthetic way to attach to the top the wall. Any suggestions?

Is there already a cap on the block wall. Are the cells of the block filled with concrete. You can by premade caps for the top of the block. If there is no top and you can't find any premade cap how handy are you at forming and pouring concrete. You will have to anchor saddles into the block wall. I would try to find saddles that extend at least two feet up the post or otherwise your wasting your time. How high is the fence, the block wall?
