Hi,
Here are a couple shots showing the change in this project.
Involved completely dismantling rear of existing roof and shed dormer
and integrating new addition roof and expanding shed dormer.
The siding is cypress but will be painted like cedar shingles on existing house. Hey it’ll never rot!
2×6 exterior walls, raised ceilings, some radiant floor heat, 4 skylights,
new master bath, new guest bath, laundry room, family room, pantry,
walkin closets, etc. etc.
I think it turned out pretty well. Sure has been a pain in the butt sometimes but
I guess they all are. Didn’t help things that the clients decided to stay in the house during renovation. But they have handled it pretty well.
I have to keep in mind that I need to charge more if the clients won’t relocate during extensive renovations. Adds much more cleaning time, keeping systems running etc.
Anyway, let me know what you think!
Regards,
Tom

Lookin sharp!
The siding going to be painted yellow like the remains of the original structure?
What's the interior layout like?
Yup. Same pale yellow color for the siding with white trim.

What's with the hammock in the front yard? Mighty cold to be admiring your work from that angle. Or maybe the wife won't let you inside til the caulking is finished?Jack of all trades and master of none - you got a problem with that?
Sorry Booch,
That's the backyard and there's no wife just clients!

Looks pretty snazzy, certainly made a 200% improvement over what was back there
