additional insulation required?

When I built my addition 14 years ago, I blew in approximately 10″ of insulation into the attic (I was aiming for R-60). Today I was up checking for leaks (none!) and noticed the insulation has settled about 3-4 inches. Is it time to add additional material to bring everything back up to where it was 14 years ago?
