I am looking for a caulk type glue for attaching foam board to a CMU wall that has been coated with Drylok. This is section of a conditioned crawl space where coated fiberglass roll has been removed. I have not bought the rigid board yet, if the exact type matters.
There will be no framing to support the board.

PL 300 for Foam board by loctite works great I would put a couple boards up against the foam until the adhesive dries though.
Yup - I used PL as well, and I had drylok on one wall. As suggested above, I leaned boards against it.
