Dumb question….I am trying to find a particular type of air hose and I am not for sure of the name it. The hose is very much like a coil PVC hose, but it is not made of PVC. I could have sworn that it was featured or pictured in FH, but I am at a loss. The hose was a clear blue and its clam to fame was that it remained soft and would still flex in colder temps.
Any ideas???

I think you're talking about Flexeel hose made by Coilhose Pneumatics. Its a nice product.
That is it. Thanks!!!!
Flexeel are great hoses. I've been using them for a couple years now. I use the 1/4" hose for all my framing guns and trim guns. They're nice and light. It doesn't even feel like there's a hose on the end of the gun and they work great in the winter.
You might want to try Woodworkers Warehouse if there's one near you since they're going out of business. You can probably get a good deal.
Here's a link anyway for Coastal Tools.

Flexeel. Great stuff.
-30 and they are still flexible. Drop something wth an edge on them and cut pretty easy. Keep a repair kit handy.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
Another vote for Flexeel. They're almost as cool as impact drivers. Light, no kinks in cold weather, roll up great. Expensive but worth it.

Also have a polyurethane hose. No brand name, just put together by my local guy who sells me gun nails and stuff. Awesome! I paid $35 with Parker Hannifin fittings on the end. To me that is not expensive at all. Any good hose is around that price. The other stuff is really just not worth the hassle of ownership.
Mine is relatively new so I have to also ask the question for the others.... How is the durability other than the cutting caution?
