   Gunner will find his way back in a week or so.

   Maybe this goes in the Business folder.  Taunton is the customer afterall! And I've got to believe that you pay a pretty good price for the service provided (or not).  Reminds me of some of the other discussions here about lousy customer service. 

   Unfortunately it's a lot harder to just walk down the street to the next supplier.  Tends to make them more than a little insensitive or inattentive.  Sigh...

   Thanks for all your help keeping alive one of the best resources on the net!
