Also looking for a portable saw…
I am looking to buy a portable table saw and am looking at the following: Delta TS300, Ryobi BT3100 and the Skil 10″ table saw. I might even consider the Makita 2703, the DeWalt or even the the Rigid that some of the guys have been talking about here. However, I’d tend to lean away from those as I really don’t want to spend that much. I have a Robland combination machine for heavy duty use so I’m really just looking for portability and something smaller for light woodworking projects in my home shop. I’ve shopped around online and surpisingly, HD has everyone beat price-wise. I looked at some previous discussions on the subject but they went back a couple years. Any current thoughts guys?

Avoid the first 3, Delta, Ryobi and Skil.
Makitas last forever, but I dont think I am talking about the same model as you.
There is another thread here about the same topic, might want to take a look at it.
I have a Makita 10". Lots of power. The fence is a POS. You might want to check out the bosch line.
