The Makita impact driver in the top left of my screen after clicking on that link *normally* sells in the $200 to $250 price range. In addition, that is an "older" model that was on sale locally at a specialty tool shop for under $200.
Kinda like going to one of those out-of-business "clearance sales" where they mark everything up to full list price, then give a "discount".
