How do you guys do ext jambs on andersen windows.

I was thinking of getting a wedge bit from a tongue and wedge set to fit them to the window.

Is this a waste of time?

Does anyone have a good method to attach them that is efficient and cost effective?

Boss doesnt like to order the premade ones.

I wish that grove was at 3/4 so it would be a one pass operation.

Also the tilt wash units have a different groove configuration altogether.

I wish AW would consider us trim guys when they design this “stuff”

Any Ideas will be greatly appreciated, Monday I gots to start runnin trim.
