My wife has an O’Keefe@Merritt and wants to find what issue they talked about who can restore it and parts. We use it all the time and are on LP. The parts she needs is a handle and a broiler part. I am just getting ready to build the kitchen cabinets and it is 40″ wide, anybody know where I can get a non-vented exhaust hood that wide? Thx for any info on stove. It would be nice to convert it to pilotless ignition since there are four pilot lights.

Where do you live?
*Green country in Oklahoma
*Im in So Cal there are a couple of places that refinish old stoves but I dont know if they could help you cuz your so far away if you want though I could look them up and get there number to ya?
*Fine Homebuildings kitchen and bath issue had a sidebar story on refurbished old stoves. I think it mentioned a source in Berkely, CA for stove refurbishing. In San Jose,CA there was an outfit called The Stove Works that sold refurbished Wedgewood and maybe Okeefe and Merit stoves. The owner closed his showroom/shop but I think if you called information and got his number he still answers his phone and works out of his home. He may have the parts or may know where you could get them. I think his first name is Mark.
