It's not reversable anymore?
I am talking about the cedarmill stuff. It has a top edge.
I think the instructions also omit calk in the butt joints.
I have noticed that the stuff you get form HD or Lowes has a different color than what I get form the lumber company but i can't remember which color i get from where.
the 12" seems to be the old stuff,or they just haven't used it all up.
it's not reversible, their is a top and bottom. the bottom has a drip edge that should work well.
i wonder if they changed the composition of it?
the older i get ,
the more people tick me off

30 year limited warranty now. I haven't seen the HZ5 siding yet. I saw a bunk of the standard stuff for sale at Home Depot, the whole thing was $2650. Maybe they are getting ready for the HZ5 siding.
bought a lift of colour plus hardie in the summer...
lumber salesman said to be sure I ordered enough as hardie was
changing the profile to add a dripedge...

Just finished a house in their HZ10 zone... 8" Cedar Mill, no difference between this siding and what I've previously used.http://www.tvwsolar.com
We'll have a kid
Or maybe we'll rent one
He's got to be straight
We don't want a bent one
He'll drink his baby brew
From a big brass cup
Someday he may be president
If things loosen up
