I’m just getting started and I need a contract package for Subs. The UDA (www.uniteddesign.com) stuff looks good. NAHB is about to publish a new set of contracts but they aren’t out yet. And, of course, there is always AIA. What do folks use and like for contracts between them and subs?

Like any pre-printed contract, the UDA contracts are a good starting point, but I'd have any contract reviewed by your attorney to make sure it conforms to state laws and covers your a** where needed.
