Bad things happen to those who click themselves
Basically it's either a bad contact, broken wire, broken element, or broken control. Generally figuring out which isn't difficult. What's difficult is making the repair if it involves wiring. You need high temp wire and connections that can stand the heat.
Check the neutral wire, could be real easy like the wire at the molded is broke.
