Looks like B.C. is doing a major revamp of it's Appt. system......
Not 100% sure about the rest of the provinces but I don't think any one else is doing such a drastic slash and burn. Here in Alberta it's business as usual, very full classes, and we have noticed a few more B.C. students in our shops since the fall of 2002.
