This is one of the most amazing houses of the 19th century and it is for sale. It is the Huff/Lamberton House in Winona, MN. Any takers?

I've driven by that place many times and always admired it. I figured by now it would have been taken over by the local historical society.
It was given to a local senior assisted living business. They remuddled it into apartments, then decided it was too expensive to operate, so they are selling it. Nicest digs in town.
What's the asking price for a gem like that in Winona?
no list price..just taking bids. 750k is my guess. It is on a couple acres, by a park, and has river views.
That's a two million dollar house out here in Ca. Mike
Trust in God, but row away from the rocks.
It could go for over a million, but old stuff--even cool old mansions--are not valued here.Literally half of the houses here were built before 1900 and 3/4 pre-date WWII...new is cool here...got plenty of that old stuff.
what's the shipping to zip code 98815? it's a looker.

"so it goes"
Is it situated by a motel? Who is the owner? Norman Bates?
