I’d appreciate any personal recommendations of an architect who works in the San Jose, CA area and who enjoys residential remodel projects – someone who has interior design sense as well as structural modification skills. The project would involve a dining room, kitchen, family room remodel and I “guesstimate” the project’s total cost would be somewhere between $150,000 – $200,000.
