Looking for advice on method to attach precast concrete exterior stair treads (with steel angle) through 7/8″ stucco to wood framing. Anyone ever use a Wingits in this exterior condition?

To prevent moisture buildup and improve performance, install a continuous air barrier—such as drywall or specialized membranes—under tongue-and-groove boards or other interior wall paneling.

those precast treads usually have to be supported down to the ground, or below, not just angle ironed to a wall
them suckers are heavy.....
Your framing is probably not sufficient for that.
Put a double ply of 2x6 or 2x8 backing in the stud spaces and lag bolt the brackets.
