Attic Cathedral Ceiling Insulation Best Practices?

Hello.  I am about to embark of finishing an attic space, with cathedral ceilings.  I plan to use high density foam up against roof sheathing, but have concerns about roof getting too hot!

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
