My attic has been reaching temperatures of over 120 F almost weekly since April, while the outside temps have mostly been in the 60’s and 70’s (coastal Oregon). The roof has soffit and ridge vents, but we’re concerned that the venting is inadequate. The attic seems very hot, but I’m wondering if these temps are reasonable, or whether we should consider changing the roof venting system. Thanks.
