Anyone know where I could purchase a replacement attic fan louvers only. Then fan works but the louvers don’t lift up when the fan comes on, I assume because the louvers were slightly bent during remoldeling. The measurement is 41” by 50”.

Are the louvers part of the whole assembly? If so call the manufacturer.
I would first find out why the louvers don't lift up and see if you can get it unstuck or unbent. I have a feeling that getting the new louvers would cost about the same as the whole thing.
Find someone who has the same fan, 5-10 years old. Likely his motor is about shot, so you can split the cost of a new unit.
(I bought a gable unit with a damaged grill several years ago, to get the fan to replace the rooftop unit in my garage.)
