Back-to-back toilets in 2 bathrooms served by single in-wall tank

OK, so I’m just toying with this idea. I have 2 bathrooms w/ their conventional toilets back-to-back separated by a wall; remodeling is in the works. The bathrooms are small enough (5’x9′ +/-) where every bit of space matters.
So, seeing that there are toilets where you can have the tank mounted in-wall, I’m wondering if there might be a way to have 2 toilets (probably would be wall-mounted as well?) be served by a single tank. I suppose there might be a way to have 2 tanks in the wall (1 much higher up or something and some means to round the upper tank’s pipes around the lower’s) but that would be pretty kludgey.
I think rare is the case that both would be flushed in such proximity that they’d be fighting for the same flush reservoir.

You could in theory hang two tankless wall-hung units and then put a single pressure tank ("accumulator") in the wall (or in the attic above, eg) to supply the flush volume.
