are you headed to Denver/ Boulder area? if you are I can point you in the right direction
I was hopeing to stay out of the major metro, Would prefer Ft. Collins, Greeley, perhaps Pueblo or Grand junction area. I appreciate any input you might have.
Ft. Collins is a nice town, C.S.U. is there. Lot of great mountain biking around Grand Junction. Couldn't tell you about work though as I am in Denver. However they would be my choices out of the places you mentioned good luck
For what it's worth, the shop I'm having built in my basement (I'm south of Denver by the Chatfield resorvior) is primarily being done by two guys out of Fort Collins. They squeeze me in a day or two each week (I'm in no hurry). The rest of the time, they mostly do basements in the Ft. Collins / Greeley area. To them (because of the name and reputation), there seems to be enough work.
But I do see a lot of advertising. And the local building boom seems to be slowing. With the water restrictions (some places like Boulder and Aurora are restricting permits for water taps) and eventually higher interest rates, one should be cautious.
