Hi,
I’m finishing off my kitchen and I’d like to have a breakfast bar on the other side of the kitchen sink. What would be the height for this?
thanks,
mike

bar height is 42" countertop is 36" those are the standard's feel free to customize
Depends on how tall your barstools are. Some people have counter height (36") bars, but I prefer 42-43". It allows me to be comfortable at the bar when I'm leaning against it, and it works with a standard (30") stool.

"so it goes"
I did mine at 48 due to stove and can find stools tall enough
We go 44" aff. any other height woud be called custom height around here.
