If your talking about rounded drywall corners, they make radius blocks that make the profile of your base (mostly). You brad those into corner and square cut the base into them.
You can also cut 2- 22.5 degree miters (similiar to start of octagon) to make the corner.
Just to fill out a little more of the explanation: a short filler block is put across the bullnose at 45º (call it a diagonal if you want) - the cut angle is 22.5º at each end..

Next time try to use the bull-nose corners that turn into square about 4 inches from the bottom. It looks better.
