(Basement) Build in Central PA

My wife and I are planning to potentially use the Endura Wall System (https://www.endurawallsystem.com/) for at least the basement. They don’t have any buildings in PA or the northeast US, but have been around for over 30 years. Does anyone have any experience with their product, or know of any potential pitfalls?
