Naturally, the article in FIB appeared AFTER I insulated, but I glued foam sheets (the pink stuff) directly to the concrete so that it will act both as a moisture barrier and insulation.
There was a mold problem before insulating, but not on the walls. Only overhead on the first floor framing. (Cured that with input from this site

Since my basement is BONE dry in all types of weather and the dehumidifier is working wonderfully, any real/imagined problems with what I’ve done?
