Finishing a basement. Has poured walls with waterproof membrane on outside of walls-no insulation. I’ve installed 1″ ridgid foam to interior of wall. Framed 2×4 walls and now going to add unface fiberglass insulation in the 2×4 bays. The basement will be heated and I live in New England.
Anthing else/different I should be doing?
Also, insulation between floors. Both levels are heated. Yes/No?
Thanks

What you want
is to prevent the interior face of the foam insulation from reaching the dewpoint. You probably want to ask around and find out the usual thickness of insulation used in this application in your area. It's easy to imagine that your concrete will get very, very cold near grade, and you're relying on the foam to stay warm enough to prevent condensation that affects your stud bays. Good air-sealing of your drywall will also help.
Anyway, find out what works in your area before proceeding.
