I am in the planning stage of a small two story addition. The wife wants a basement (I prefer just a crawl space), but what the wife wants, wife gets. This will be  std. block walls with french drain on the outside (per code) here in New Castle County Delaware. There will be architectual plans ready soon. Any takers? Will need references. Must be experienced enough to know how to tie in existing basement to new basement through existing bilco door hole (bilco door going away due to new foundation wall extending out where existing wall for bilco door is).
