I am trying to figure out how to put basement/crawl space access stairs into a floor and have a doorway in the floor cover up the stairs. The doorway needs to be flush with the wood flooring that will be on the floor and the doorway needs to have wood flooring on it to match the floor. This is going to be new construction.
