question is how do I tie my basement wall intoy garage stem wall? I’m pouring my basement footer soon. So do I pour the basement footer then stack my icf forms and pour my basement wall in one pour but leaving rebar stick out where my garage stem wall will tie into it? Then dig my garage footer (not connecting it to the basemt wall) pour the garage footer. Then form the garage stem wall allowing the rebar from the basement wall to extend 36″ into the stem wall? It calls for a concrete lental in my plans that what I take it as. The footer of the garage at wall is connected to nothing. If there isn’t much benefit to pour the whole thing at once is rather just do the basemt wall then deal with the garage stem wall. Thoughts? I’ll try to get the construction plans on here soon.
