Ok was the designer of this bathroom talking to DW? 'cause the tiles are on the
#$%^& angle. Been there done that and bought the #$%^& T-shirt.
Looks nice though. Good job!!!!!!!
Looks great! Are both these baths in the same house? I'm wondering also, because of a similar job, if you had any warpage trouble with your large glass shower door?
Don
No, not the same house. But I most often install tile on a 45 degrees. Shower doors are fine.
Here's a close up of the cabinets
Whats up with shower doors warping? I have a guy coming over saturday to measure for my frameless shower door and now you have me wondering if there is anything I need to know before going ahead with this.
Any tips you may have are appreciated.
Karl
One of my clients had his shower doors done in a similar floor-to-ceiling manner and his door has about a 3/32" curve in it, which sounds small until you look at it every day as you grab the handle. I thought it was just shoddy glass guys, but have, since, ordered tempered custom glass doors for a bathroom cabinet and was told by the salesperson that the tempering process can cause warping of the glass. Someone else probably knows the whole scoop.
Good Luck,
Don
Thanks for the tip, I'll check the shower door guys knowledge of this.
Karl
That's nice work.
