Bathroom Vanity Valuation for loss due to pipe burst
Hey everyone,
we recently discovered that we had Kitec lines in our house after we had a catastrophic failure of our one of our hot water lines resulting in a significant amount of damage to our main and basement floors. We purchased the house about 9 months ago and most of the interior decor, vanities, etc were purchased by the owner who lived in the house prior to the most recent owners that we bought the house from. This has resulted in some information gaps and I was hoping you might could help me or direct me somewhere for the following. We have a 24” bathroom vanity cabinet that was heavily damaged in the water remediation portion of the incident. The top of the vanity survived and consists of a granite top, center set Delta faucet, and briolette Kohler glass sink in addition the bathroom is fitted out with higher end components as well (dxv toliet, a pattered wood wall, Kalco beladonna chandalier, etc. the design of the fixtures is one of the things we fell in love with which were installed by the owner from several years ago when he remodeled the house and put in high end tier brands throughout.
With all that said, I have run into a problem when it comes to figuring out the estimated cost of the cabinet of the vanity though. The only identification I can find on it is a sticker located on the top of the cabinet where the granite would normally sit. We only discovered the label when we removed the Granite, sink, and faucet from the cabinet. The label appears to be branded by ONX but I am having no luck finding any info about them to figure out and provide evidence for what rhe actual replacement cost will be for the unit. Can you please take a look at the image of the label and let me know if you have any suggestions?
I would be happy to upload photos of the cabinet of that is helpful.
Thanks for all the help

The cabinet is 7 years old never heard of any company by that name and it wasnt a very good cabinet as im sure the sides are also made of chip board the same as the back you will just have to price a new cabinet for the size you need
