Someone was telling me about a taping tool (he thought the name was bazooka but he wasn’t sure) where the tape hung on the end of a pole and you put mud in it and it’s suppose to do tape jobs real fast. I’ve heard of a banjo before is this the same thing? Where is a good web site to see this item he is talking about. Thanks

Take a look at this company, I know nothing about it but it will give you a little info. http://www.tapetech.com/abco.htm
And this site may list a dealer near you: http://www.building.com/texis/members/construction/single_family_housing/amestapingtools
*Thanks, that's what he was telling me about. Man, those babies are expensive to buy. If I did it for a living then I guess I could justify it. I only do taping once in awhile though. Still it's PITA.
*If you only do it once in a while, stick to doing by hand. Or maybe hire a finisher w/bazooka to set the tape, that's the pain anyway. Or better yet, get hooked up with a righteous and good finisher as I have and sub it out. Keep the small rooms and repairs for yourself. Best of luck.
