I’m looking for any resources or checklists that guys use that help them stay on track and avoid missing things. I’ve done a decent amount of home projects, but am venturing into a 1200sqft addition with garage, full basement in zone 6. I read a lot from this website and already have some subs lined up for the spring who have been GCs themselves but encouraged me to do it. They are helpful but I don’t want to rely on them to much. I’m worried about missing things and maintaining a good timeline and can’t seem to find a good organizational reference sheet. Any help would be appreciated. This is also in NH. Thanks

I take it you are doing this for your own home addition?
I don’t know of a timeline in print but a google search would probably give you some generic general construction sheet.
One that’s specific for your project might be different but layout of the mechanicals, heating, plumbing, electric etc is important so the trades don’t interfere or ending up bitching and moaning and even cutting out someone else’s work.
Do you have plans yet?
Yes, architectural plans with structural from the local I beam supplier.
I do see lots of checklists, feels more like there are lots out there but most aren't that good or too simplified. I was hoping for reminders. Ie when pouring foundation walls are you putting in anchor bolts or just drilling them later? Things to tell 1 sub to do to make the next subs job easier.
